I've spent almost two decades advising some of the world’s most generous families on how philanthropic capital can help drive transformation. I previously served as CEO to philanthropy advisory firm Ten Years’ Time, and most recently founded Impatience Earth, a pro-bono consultancy firm helping donors become more confident about climate philanthropy.

I'm passionate about making sure that everyone gets a chance to show their talents in the workplace and are able to understand, navigate and even disrupt some of the unspoken codes of more privileged workplaces.
