Hi, I'm Pari,

My specialist courses are all about anti-oppression and solidarity. We’ll look at using your power for good, including how to take both individual and collective action, a deep dive into solidarity and how to repair our mistakes.

I work with communities, organisations, and individuals to help maximise their ability to achieve social justice. I’m the Director of the Social Justice Collective, a women and non-binary people of colour collective of anti-oppression and EDI professionals.

I have over 20 years of expertise in supporting organisations to use anti-oppressive practice to not only achieve their missions more effectively and efficiently, but to disrupt the inequality that prevents our societies from truly thriving.

I’m a lesbian Punjabi, mum of two, and in my spare time I love to throw clay on a wheel and create ceramics!
