In this course Jake discusses the most common errors in written communications and techniques to combat these, including improving your writing strategy and using AI to enhance your writing.
Alongside this, he provides two activities in which you get the opportunity to edit your own version of example texts, followed by Jake talking through his own edit.

I've spent almost two decades advising some of the world’s most generous families on how philanthropic capital can help drive transformation. I previously served as CEO to philanthropy advisory firm Ten Years’ Time, and most recently founded Impatience Earth, a pro-bono consultancy firm helping donors become more confident about climate philanthropy.
I'm passionate about making sure that everyone gets a chance to show their talents in the workplace and are able to understand, navigate and even disrupt some of the unspoken codes of more privileged workplaces.
